Auto Action has assembled an elite judging panel to vote in Australia's 100 greatest drivers.
The panel consists of 16 motor racing critics, technical experts and drivers, including F1 driver Mark Webber and Williams F1 Technical Director Sam Michael, V8 Supercar legend Craig Lowndes, Champ Car driver Will Power, and
Wheelsmag.com.au contributor Peter McKay.
And the winner is?
Sir Jack Brabham has beaten
Peter Perfect by the slimmest of margins to cross the finish in the number one spot. Formula One World champion
Alan Jones finished on the podium in third, while Bathurst buddies
Jim Richards and
Mark Skaife round out the top five.
